Meet par8o

The principles & people behind the platform

The par8o Principle

par8o (pronounced "par-eight-oh") is named after the 19th Century Italian economist, Vilfredo Pareto, who first defined the powerful economic concept of Pareto efficiency or Pareto optimality in which a system is able to maximize benefits for each and every participant.

When applied to the healthcare industry, Pareto optimality holds the promise of being able to improve overall access to healthcare while lowering costs.

Core Concepts

Three key principles sit at the heart of everything we do.

Simplicity Drives Adoption

We have designed our platform to be simple and delightful to use, requiring minimal time filling out unnecessary fields and the quickest navigation to the right provider for the patient.

All Healthcare is Local

Each of our clients is unique, with different business objectives, workflows and technology systems. As a result, our solutions are customized to meet their needs.

Technology is Necessary but Not Sufficient

We believe in providing not just the technology platform, but also the analytical tools and support to drive adoption and organizational change.

Management Team

Our leaders have a track record of success in technology and healthcare operations.

Life at par8o

Life at par8o is busy. We work just as hard at the office as we do at home, many of us travel frequently, and success requires a high level of self-direction while being an excellent team communicator.

We are all here because we want to make healthcare better. We strive to be the best at what we do. We hire quality over quantity; we continually punch above our weight class, and we're proud of it.

Culture: Work hard. Innovate. Communicate. Love dogs. Go outside your job description. Help others. And be ready to dress up in Star Wars-themed costumes for a company meeting.

A Few Friendly Faces

Here you'll meet just some of our team - par8o is made up of self-directed self-starters who love a challenge and never settle.

Chelsea Reddoch
Director of Product Management

Chelsea was hired in 2014 to help with user support and onboarding. Since then, she's worked on the product team and grown into a central role of helping balance product requests from clients, support, and leadership to help implement the product roadmap.
Dominic Doenges

Dominic Doenges
Director of Client Development & Strategy

Dominic started with par8o as a Senior Project Manager, since then, he's helped multiple clients navigate cross-state implementations. Today, he keeps our clients ahead of the curve with par8o's latest technologies and acts as a bridge between clients, the product team, support, and operations.
Hannah Drake
